About Kiosko Latino: Maria serves both Mexican and Puerto Rican cuisine. Her husband was in the US Navy, stationed in San Diego, California. While there, Maria and her family lived with another Mexican family. They taught Maria how to cook the traditional dishes of Puebla Mexico, and she taught them traditional dishes from her home country of Puerto Rico. Many of the recipes Maria is serving up at her business were passed down from her grandmother.
